Fighting the Spiral Down

So it is Sat.. and what a damn week.. for al those who have seen me... well im sorry for the emotional outbursts.. and to Chris who doesnt read this.. I AM SOOO DAMN SORRY>. It will never be that bad again I promise.... and ive had to fight myself out of bed... i think too many drugs and alcohol has got too my head.. and the shock...

but life goes on i guess... and well im up for a nice weekend... Nats birthday tonight... and then out.. and tomorrow the day off.... Ill be right.. as long as i dont drink too much or take anything else...
